Websites for plumbers
Websites for plumbers
Half of plumbing enquiries are emergencies on a phone. The other half are bathroom projects researched on a laptop over three weeks. Your site has to work for both.
A burst pipe search and a new bathroom search are different customers in different moods. The first needs a phone number in the first second and nothing else. The second wants photos, a sense of price and a reason to trust you before they invite you into their house.
We build the emergency page lean, with the call and WhatsApp buttons taking the whole screen on a phone, and the project pages rich, with your own photos, a clear process and a quote form. Both kinds of page carry your area and your name in a way Google can read.
What your customers type
- emergency plumber [town]
- plumber near me
- bathroom fitter [town]
- leaking tap repair
- toilet not flushing plumber
- plumber cost per hour
What we usually find on plumbers' sites
- Emergency numbers hidden behind a contact page, two taps too many for someone standing in water.
- Bathroom photos lifted from a supplier catalogue, which customers recognise instantly.
- No area pages, so the site only ranks for the one town in the footer.
From the sites we see when a plumber asks us for a check.
What the site must do
Five things a plumber's website has to get right
An emergency page that is only a phone number
Big call button, big WhatsApp button, your response time, your hours. Nothing to scroll past.
Project pages with your own photos
Bathrooms, wet rooms, kitchens, cylinders. Real jobs, captioned with the area and what was done.
Price anchors where you are happy to give them
An hourly rate or a call-out charge on the page filters out tyre-kickers and ranks for "plumber cost" searches.
Accreditations that matter to plumbing
WaterSafe, CIPHE, Gas Safe if you hold it, unvented cylinder tickets. Each with a verifiable link.
Reviews shown with their source
Google and Checkatrade reviews quoted on the page with the date and the job, linked to the profile so they can be checked.
Pages we build
A page for every job you want more of
Each of these is a separate search and a separate customer, so each gets its own page, written for it, with its own call, WhatsApp and form.
- Emergency plumber
- Leaks, taps and toilets
- Bathroom installation
- Kitchen plumbing
- Cylinders and water heaters
- Drains and blockages
- Landlord plumbing services
- Area pages for every town you cover
How it will look on a phone
Call, WhatsApp and a form, in the first screen
Every page, every screen size. The sticky bar at the bottom follows the visitor down the page, and the WhatsApp message is already written for the job they were reading about.
Questions plumbers ask us
Can the site send me a WhatsApp with a photo of the leak?
Yes. The WhatsApp button opens a message that already says which page they were on, and we tell them to add a photo. You can quote from the photo before you set off.
I do not want to publish my hourly rate.
Then we do not. We can use "call-out from" pricing, or no prices at all with a strong quote form instead. Your choice, and we explain the trade-off.
Do you build the bathroom gallery?
Yes, from your own photos. Send them on WhatsApp as you finish jobs and we add them with the area and job type written in, so the gallery keeps growing and keeps ranking.
How do I get the emergency calls at night?
The call button rings whatever number you give us. If you divert to an answering service after hours, the site can show that and set expectations.
