Privacy policy
Last updated 2026-10-13. Plain English, because that is how we do everything.
Who we are
Sitewrights ("we"), a UK web design studio. Contact: leylajonb111@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
When you send a form on this site we receive what you typed: usually a business name, a website address, a name, a phone number and an email. We use it to do what you asked, which is to check a website or reply to a message. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details.
When you tap a call, WhatsApp or email button we record that a button was tapped, on which page, with the country of the visitor and the time. No name or number is recorded. We use it to understand which pages lead to enquiries.
Where it goes
Form submissions are emailed to us through Postmark and stored in a Cloudflare datastore so that nothing is lost if an email fails. Both are processors acting on our instructions. This site is hosted by Cloudflare.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. During the preview period a page-view beacon tells us when the site is opened so we know the link worked; it records the page, the browser and the approximate location, not your identity.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are talking to you and for twelve months afterwards, then deleted. Button-tap records are deleted after sixty days.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email leylajonb111@gmail.com and we will act within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Lawful basis
We handle enquiry details because you asked us to (contract or steps before a contract), and tap records under our legitimate interest in understanding whether the site works, which does not override your rights because nothing identifying is kept.
